USEFUL INFORMATION

Location

The conference will be held to town městě Hranice in the Olomouc region, which offers beautiful surroundings, the historic town center and ideal transport links (motorway D1, rail corridor Prague/Brno - Ostrava). The main venue will be: Sokol hall, Theater Old Shooting Range, spa houses Janáček and Moravan in the Spa Teplice nad Bečvou.

Accommodation

The main provider of accommodation for guests of conference will be Spa Teplice nad Bečvou which offering a pleasant environment and high level of services. The participants of our conference will be able to extend your stay at a substantial discount! Other providers will be private pensions in village Teplice nad Bečvou. The level of accommodation quality will depend on the timeliness of your registration. Individual accommodation will be ranked by quality and allocated to participants automatically according to the date of registration.

Transport

Come to conference by train or bus. We will care about your transportation during all the conference. An Arrival and departure times we enter into the registration form will pick you up at the station and there you unload again!

Participation fees

• Participation from the beginning till the end, incl. 2 nights accommodation: EUR 100
• Participation from the beginning till the end, incl. 3 nights accommodation (for remote participants, , plus accommodation from Sept 30th till Oct 01): EUR 120
• Reduced participation incl. accommodation for 1 night: EUR 75
• Surcharge for choice of single room: EUR 15 for  each night
• Participation without securing accommodation: EUR 20 per day

Accompany program

Enjoy a quality cultural program on both evenings, Thursday's fair of local products, all day Wednesday and Thursday will be in the outdoor tent with seating and Exhibitions partners and interesting projects.

Individually you can enjoy 2 indoor pools at your accommodation, spa treatments from the spa menu, visit aragonite caves or “Hranická gap”, taste three mineral water springs in Teplice, walks through the colonnade, visit the town historical center or town hall tower with a views.
